GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OCEAN FREIGHT CONTAINERS

CONTAINER PRICING

You will be able to save up to 70% off wholesale prices when filling an ocean freight container, whether it be a 20 or 40 foot container (20 feet = 6.096 meters, 40 feet = 12.192 meters).
We ship containers out of our manufacture and warehouse in Fes directly to all major seaports of destination.
Our normal turn around on container orders is 70 to 120 days on confirmed orders (unless there is a strike!).

All prices quoted include port-to-port delivery.

CONTAINER ORDER CONFIRMATION

In order to receive "Firm Order" status, MoroccoAvenue.com requires a deposit of 45% of the total order at the time the container order is placed.

CONTAINER PAYMENT TERMS

1. The remaining balance of the total cost is required before release of the container.
2. Accepted payment forms are US cash currency, US certified checks, wire transfers, major credit cards, checks drawn in US dollars, and international checks drawn in US dollars. Processing time is required to ensure adequate funds before a check is valid.
3. MoroccoAvenue.com policy is that once an order is complete and paid in full there is no refund or exchange.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

MoroccoAvenue.com guarantees packing and shipping. Insurance is available at customer's request.
